REGISTRATION FEE

In attached, the fees for the Symposium (June 13-15) and for the Pre-Symposium School (June 11-12), for students, clinical medical physicists and researchers. The two events will take place in the C3-UNAM. The payment of the fee for the symposium before May 31st is a REQUIREMENT for the abstract to be published in the symposium's abstract book. The fee includes the diploma of assistance or participation to the event, the publication of the full-text proceedings in AIP Conf. Proc., a buffet lunch at noon for the three days of the symposium, and a gala dinner at the Casa Club del Académico (UNAM).

The registration fee can be paid in the following ways:

in the offices of the Mexican Physical Society (SMF), headquartered at the Science Faculty of the UNAM (either in cash, or with debit card including an additional cost of 3%, or with a credit card including an additional cost of 6%),
in the bank, either in person with the cashier, or by electronic bank transfer to the bank account of the Mexican Physical Society (SMF), details for the bank account here below.

Please send an email with topic "registration" to the address of the Symposium (xvmexsympmedphys@gmail.com) with a scan/photo of the payment of the registration fee and with the following details:

In case of participation with an accepted abstract:
- Title of the contribution
- Authors of the contribution
- Name of author who will present the contribuiton (in order to prepare a badge with the correct name of the person who will present)
- In case a student will present the contribution, please indicate whether you want to participate in the student session to compete for the prize of best poster/ best talk
In case of assistance without contribution:
- Name of person who will attend (in order to prepare a badge with the correct name of the person who will assist)
- Please add the phrase: "assistance without contributon"
Please note that the registration fee is individual, and that each person who attends to the symposium must pay his/her registration fee
You wil receive a confirmation email that your registration has been received

FULL-TEXT PROCEEDINGS

The proceedings of the Symposium will be published as a volume in AIP Conference Proceedings. Please prepare the full-text proceedings of your contribution with a maximum number of pages:

4 PAGES for poster
6 PAGES for oral contribution
8 PAGES for invited speakers

Please use the Word or LaTeX format as specified on the following webpage:

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (CLOSED)
