Registration, submission of abstracts and contributions, and the conference time table are on the INDICO system for AISIS 2019. Participants without an CERN account can create a lightweight account for using indico.
Registration
• Important dates
- Registration and abstract submission opens on February 1, 2019
- Abstract submission will close August 4, 2019
- Registration will be open until October 15, 2019.
• Registration costs
- Regular fee: $500 US / $9000 MXN
- Reduced fee: $450 US / $8000 MXN - applies before August 31, 2019
¿Eres estudiante y quieres asistir a AISIS 2019? ¡Tenemos un descuento para ti! He aquí los requisitos:
1) Regístrate en INDICO: https://indico.cern.ch/event/781223/registrations/48830/
2) En la sección "Financial support", da click y describe tus motivos para solicitar apoyo financiero. Añade ahí tu credencial VIGENTE de estudiante o tu carta de tutor.
3) En el momento del pago, sólo pagarás la cuota de $1,000 pesos MN. Con ello tendrás acceso a las actividades académicas (ponencias y plenarias) de AISIS2019. Si no puedes pagar en línea, también podrás hacerlo en la mesa de registro que estará dispuesta el primer día del evento (21 de octubre). DE TODOS MODOS, ¡NO DEJES DE REGISTRARTE EN INDICO!
